What to do when it all falls apart: moving from service failure to service recovery

A free webinar presented by renowned hospice educator, consultant, and author, Rev. Dr. Carla Cheatham

It’s a regrettable fact of life that things go wrong. But how do you handle it when things go wrong in your hospice? You and your team may set a goal of “zero service failures,” but research demonstrates that service failures will still occur.

How prepared are you to deal with service failures and ensure that your hospice thrives again?

Join one of hospice care’s most renowned and beloved educators—Rev. Dr. Carla Cheatham—for a free 60-minute webinar What to do when it all falls apart: moving from service failure to service recovery.

Rev. Dr. Cheatham will present practical strategies that allow all disciplines to respond to, heal, and learn from service failure events—by being hard on systems but gentle with people. She will explain how to effectively navigate service failures, create greater loyalty and satisfaction, and improve outcomes.

Watch and learn how to:

  • Identify risks involved with poor handling of service failures
  • Develop appropriate responses to heal and repair service failures
  • Apply organizational procedures that allow all team members to learn through service recoveries

This timely webinar is right for every member of your team. It will help you de-escalate when things go wrong and properly view service failures as systemic, instead of personal issues. This is essential information your agency needs now. Don’t miss it!
